Raised together on a small private island – their families descended from Russian salt-mining oligarchs – Patricia Butcher and Hilary Flamingo benefited from a deeply privileged upbringing due to august family wealth. Sadly this bliss was marred by untold tragedy, illness and death throughout their youth, but on the flipside it was this misfortune that ordered their unique and fervent bond.

Butcher and Flamingo later realised their true calling as vital components within the entertainment industry whilst attending an exclusive retreat in a Welsh ‘Pissing’ field. Their harmonious creative partnership was immeasurably fortified in the Dzogchen tradition by a bucket, a rope, and their stalwart rock; Bob (Welsh slate).

Since then, Butcher and Flamingo have gone from strength to strength in the ever-enriching world of daytime television, becoming the Patty & Hills as we know them today.

Most famed for shows such as ‘Ready, Steady.. C*#k!’, ‘How Shit Is Your House?’, ‘OAP SOS’, ‘Ten Years Older’, ‘PMTV’, and the award-winning ‘Patty & Hills Show’, Butcher and Flamingo have secured a special place in the hearts and minds of the nation.
